A True Gem!!!
spacious room cosy atmosphere modern bathroom warm welcome
The room was spacious and cosy. It held everything one could need! The bathroom was very modern, and the cleanliness throughout was perfect, mirroring the inviting nature of the entire house. I received such a warm welcome. I instantly felt at home here. I'd return anytime. It's such a delight.
The outdoor seating was only slightly uncomfortable.

The guest house has off-street parking that was very handy. My car was safely parked. The inviting sitting room has a warming fireplace. It felt so cosy in the evenings! Guests can unwind after a day exploring the countryside.

The location was good. The breakfast included many options.
My room felt smaller than it looked online. There was just a small bench for seating, so I couldn't relax comfortably after a long day.

A Perfect Getaway!
early breakfast drying room homely atmosphere
The staff provided an early breakfast so I could get to the Cairngorms before 8.30 am. Returning after a day outdoors, I used the drying room for my ski gear. Scott, the owner, and his team gave a very warm welcome and excellent service. The log-burning stove added to the homely atmosphere.
The outdoor seating available was somewhat uncomfortable, which limited my ability to relax outside as much as I would have liked.

The Double Room included modern decor and a cozy atmosphere! The en-suite had a raindrop shower with hot water, very welcome after skiing. Every detail.

This place is close to shops and restaurants! It is just a short walk from the heart of the town. The area was peaceful and quiet, so my stay was pleasant.

The breakfast was excellent, with freshly cooked options every morning. The drying room was so useful for my mountaineering kit. Secure storage was available, ensuring peace of mind!

mixed feelings About my stay
superb breakfast choice of items small room size uncomfortable bench
The breakfast WAS superb. I especially liked the choice of items available.
The room size disappointed ME, it felt much smaller than i expected from the photos. I also missed having a comfortable place to sit. The bench provided really wasn't ideal FOR relaxation. a proper chair would have made a big difference.
